GUARANTEE
We guarantee your dahlia tubers will be true to ID with at least one visible eye and a healthy neck and body. Please inspect your tubers upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if you have concerns. After 7 days no refunds will be issued.
We are not responsible for damage due to weather, pests, field conditions, negligence, improper growing techniques or plant performance.
VIRUS POLICIES
We cull the field of any suspicious plants during the growing season, sanitize tools between plants and use organic methods to keep pests controlled. We do not use any sprays or pesticides.
We do our best, but by purchasing, you accept the fact that virus is not 100% avoidable.
CART
Orders are only confirmed once you complete checkout and receive an order confirmation number.
SHIPPING
The flat rate shipping fee of $17 covers up to 9 tubers. For 10 or more tubers, we'll reach out to adjust the shipping fee.
We only ship within the continental USA. All orders are shipped using FedEx beginning on May 9.
We are happy to combine multiple orders to reduce shipping waste and costs.
SUBSTITUTIONS
If something unexpected happens with storage between your order and shipping, you'll receive a refund.
